Roadmap for AI
About 3 minutes to start
A construction technology and AI readiness assessment, tailored by role and revenue tier, with a five-level maturity ladder, a technology stack audit and a stack builder.
AIRE Assessment
About 8 minutes
A 41-question work-style questionnaire scored on Awareness, Initiative, Rigor and Execution, with nine archetypes written in construction language. Developmental only.
Built for members
The results are a starting point. The work happens with your peers.
A score tells you where you are. Membership gives you a place to talk it through with leaders who have already been there.
Technology & AI Virtual Peer Group
One of CLN’s virtual peer group tracks. Peer groups meet the first Thursday of each month as a year-round extension of the annual conference.
The annual conference
Three days with construction leaders from across the United States and Canada. Next: Jan. 25–27, 2027, The Westin Galleria Dallas.
Roadmap for AI and AIRE are operated by the Construction Leadership Network.
